  Well this is the 1st time I've been and it will be the last.
  They have no idea how to keep track of their orders. Phone orders coming in along with shop customers. They were using 4 different notepads in no particular order. The one girl was trying to cook as well as answer the phone as well as serve shop. The owner (her father) was more of a hindrance than a help. Busy or not the 3 of them didnt seem like they were organised at all. They ran out of chips/gravy/batter & peas in the 35mins that i was still waiting for my 2 pieces of fish & minimum chips. Three people who came in after me placed their orders, paid & left. Knowing they were not phone orders I had to ask where my order was. They had to ask me what I ordered then appologised and said they would do my order next.
  To add insult to injury they admitted that two pieces of fish had been cooked & they didnt know who it belonged to. As I had been waiting 35 minutes I asked them to cook fresh fish as that would be cold. I watched the young girl put a parcel in the chicken warmer. And yes when i finally got home with my 2 fish & minimum chips I found the fish was cold & greasy & the chips were undercooked. So basically that fish cooked earlier was what I got. Im only 1 minute away in the car so my fish would not have got cold in that time.
  So people......
  This is not the fish & chip shop I will be going to ever again.
  The previous owners (Micks) was wonderful. New what they were doing and never ever waited longer than 10 mins.
  Fish & chips was always cooked well and nice & hot.
